Delivery window: day-specific delivery window between 08:00 – 17:00.
The unloading point for the furniture is the curbside of the delivery address you specified.
The packaging must be disposed of by the buyer.
The freight company will inform you of the delivery date.
Viplounge 2-man delivery & assembly service (assembly + disposal of packaging)
Cost: CHF 150
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Delivery window: fixed delivery window of 2.5 hours.
Our in-house Viplounge delivery service assembles and places the furniture at your desired location with a 2-man team and disposes of the bulky packaging material for you.
DHL parcel
Order value CHF 0–499.
The shipment of items with a cart value below CHF 500 is only possible via insured DHL parcel.
Shipping costs depending on order value:
Order value CHF 0–50 = CHF 9 shipping costs
Order value CHF 51–179 = CHF 19 shipping costs
Order value CHF 180–499 = CHF 29 shipping costs
Disposal of your old furniture
Cost: CHF 90
The exact quantity and description must be specified when arranging the delivery date. Maximum quantity is 7 items with a maximum weight of 25 kg each.

The furniture is assembled and placed at the desired location by two friendly professionals trained by Viplounge.
The bulky packaging material is disposed of for you. Avoid carrying heavy furniture and trips to disposal facilities and enjoy your purchase with Viplounge.
Delivery time: Order today and receive delivery by Saturday if your order is placed by Wednesday at 3:00 PM.

Notice on regionally extended delivery times
As we deliver your order using our own Viplounge delivery team, we schedule each delivery with great care to ensure a safe and reliable service. In certain regions – particularly Ticino, Engadin, mountainous areas, Valais, as well as Geneva and the surrounding areas – this may result in longer delivery times.
