Please note that our items can only be delivered to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The shipping of items with a shopping basket order value of less than CHF 500 is only possible via an insured DHL package.
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the order value as follows:
0-50 CHF order value = 9 CHF shipping costs
51-179 CHF order value = 19 CHF shipping costs
180-499 CHF order value = 29 CHF shipping costs
Free delivery curbside
from 500 CHF order value. Costs: 0 CHF
Delivery time: Delivery time from order date within approx. 5 - 7 working days (available furniture).
Delivery window: Delivery time window exactly on the day between 8 am - 4:30pm.
The unloading location of the furniture is the curbside of the delivery address you specified (unloading to the house is excluded).
The packaging must be disposed of by the customer.
The forwarding company will inform you of the delivery date.
2 man deluxe express delivery (assembly + packaging disposal)
Costs: 190 CHF
Delivery time: Order Today and receive your furniture until Sathurday, when you order and pay before wednesday 15 o'clock.
Delivery window: Delivery time window of 2.5 hours.
Our in-house Viplounge delivery service assembles and places the furniture for you at the desired location with 2 men and disposes of the bulky packaging material for you.

We recommend the "2 man deluxe express delivery (assembly + packaging disposal) for only CHF 190 ".
The furniture is assembled and set up at the desired location by 2 nice men who are trained at Viplounge.
The bulky packaging material will be disposed of for you. Avoid lugging around the furniture and driving to a disposal point and enjoy shopping at Viplounge.

Appointment
The definite date will be arranged with you personally. Our delivery service will contact you by phone or email.
Cancellation of the agreed delivery date 48 hours before the date is free of charge. Short-term cancellations on the part of the client generate costs of 150 CHF which are charged to the client. If the delivery journey commences on the specified date and no authorised recipient is found at the delivery address, the delivery costs will be fully charged to the customer.
Disposal of your old furniture
Costs: 90 CHF
The exact number of pieces and description must be specified when agreeing the delivery date. Max. number of pieces is 7 pieces of max. 25 kg.

via forwarding agency
from 1000 EUR order value. Costs: 380 EUR
The ordered garden furniture will be delivered to you by a forwarding company up to the curb.
The forwarding company will inform you of the delivery date. You will not incur any additional costs, as the processing and customs clearance are already included in this price.
Delivery time from the order date within approx. 14-18 working days.
