Twint
We accept Twint in our online shop. With Twint, you can pay quickly and easily using the mobile app.

Credit Cards (MasterCard / Visa)
We accept VISA and Mastercard in our online shop and in our retail stores. Credit card payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. SSL stands for "Secure Sockets Layer" and is a protocol for secure data transmission on the internet.

American Express
We accept American Express in our online shop. Payment is processed securely via SSL encryption.

Maestro (EC)
We accept Maestro (EC card) only in our retail stores.

PostFinance Card
We accept PostFinance in our online shop and in our retail stores.

Invoice (Klarna)
We also offer the option to purchase on invoice via Klarna in our online shop. You will receive the goods first and then have 30 days to pay the invoice directly to Klarna. Payment processing is handled by Klarna. Please note that Klarna performs a credit check, and we have no influence over their decision.

Prepayment
You will receive an invoice from us in advance with the bank transfer details.
Please note that for delivery options, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date only after we receive your payment.

Cash Payment on Delivery or Pickup
You may pay the outstanding amount in cash to the driver upon delivery or during self-pickup after receiving the garden furniture.


Secure Payment with Viplounge Garden Furniture via SAFERPAY

Viplounge Garden Furniture uses the secure Saferpay e-payment solution. We do not store any customer data; your payment information is processed directly via an external data center certified by banks. All modern security standards are supported and fully secured.


Payment Terms

Payment must be made before pickup or shipment of the purchased goods by credit card (Mastercard / Visa), Twint, or PostFinance Card.
An exception is cash payment, which is made directly upon delivery or pickup. Payment with Maestro (EC) is only possible during pickup.

When paying by credit card, the ordering customer must be the cardholder or authorized to use the card.

All invoiced amounts must be paid in Swiss francs.

In the event of payment default, the customer shall owe default interest of 5% per year. In addition, the seller will charge a reminder fee of CHF 20.–.
Further claims for damages, particularly for legal enforcement of the claim, remain reserved.
