Can you leave the furniture outside uncovered even in winter?
Yes, the furniture is weatherproof and can remain outside during the winter. However, we recommend that you cover the furniture to protect it from dirt.

Can you send me a catalogue?
Our website is our catalogue, there are no printed documents. We are also happy to advise you in our stores.
How can you be so inexpensive with such good quality?
We can offer the best price because of direct production and direct sale to the end customer without intermediaries.
Do you deliver to foreign countries?
We deliver throughout Switzerland. The final prices including delivery costs for orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are automatically calculated and displayed during the ordering process.
Is VAT included in the final price?
The prices shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) are final prices including Swiss VAT of 7.7%.
How much are the shipping costs?

How long is the delivery time?
Usually 7-10 working days. The specified delivery times are for guidance and are non-binding. The effective delivery time is agreed with the customer after receipt of the order.
Do you offer a delivery service?
If you chose home delivery, our own Viplounge delivery service with 2 workers delivers your ordered garden furniture. We place the garden furniture at your desired location and take the packaging material with us. Our delivery service will contact you by phone after you place your order. Smaller pieces of furniture and accessories are delivered by DHL Switzerland.
We would like to have the furniture delivered to another address, is that possible?
This option is available to you when entering the address.
When the carrier unpacked the goods, I discovered a small defect. What should I do?
Any damage or defects must be reported to the carrier immediately, otherwise the goods are considered approved.
I would like a brown sofa instead now, would you exchange the goods?
The exchange of flawless goods is excluded. A right of return exists only in the case of incorrect deliveries, whereby changes in the design or in the technical area, which do not adversely affect the function and quality of a purchased item, are reserved.
If a purchased item is no longer available or deliverable, the seller can withdraw from the contract without compensation.
Goods ordered in the outlet, as well as goods at special prices, are excluded from exchange and return. There is no right to complaint regarding free goodies.
Do you pass on my personal data?
Data protection is important to us! The data sent with the order form is used exclusively for contact with the customer and is not disclosed or sold to third parties. We use your personal data for the purposes of the technical administration of the website, for customer administration and for marketing, provided that you expressly approve of this when providing your information on our website.
Can I pay in cash or with an invoice?
The following payment methods are available:
- EUROCARD / MasterCard - The amount will be debited when ordering.
- American Express - The amount will be debited when ordering.
- Visa with the module Verified by Visa? - The amount will be debited when ordering.
- Cash payment (listed under “Invoice”) - The goods are paid for in cash on delivery / collection.
The information exchange between the online shop and Telekurs Multipay AG takes place via an encrypted interface (SSL 128bit).
